At OBEY Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the portal interface.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
